Job summary

Brown Machine Group, a thermoforming packaging and automation leader, is seeking a Field Sales Service Specialist. The role focuses on aftermarket sales and occasional service at customer sites across North America, with remote work possible for qualified candidates.

You will diagnose equipment issues, provide value-based recommendations, build credibility with plant and maintenance leaders, and travel up to 75% to support customers and drive growth in parts, PM plans, training, and service

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and/or five years of aftermarket sales or service experience.
• Experience with capital equipment, plastics machinery, thermoforming, tooling, or industrial automation.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and BOMs; identify wear components and risk areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow North America aftermarket accounts as primary contact.
• Develop territory sales plans for parts, PM, training, rebuilds, and service solutions.
• Identify and close aftermarket opportunities using value-based selling.
• Promote and sell aftermarket offerings, including parts and service programs.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Inside Sales to define scope and pricing.
