Bruker Daltonics is seeking a seasoned Field Sales Representative to support Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry productions in California. This remote role requires extensive travel and involves meeting or exceeding territory sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Qualified candidates have a chemistry/biochemistry background, 5+ years of sales experience in related industries, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Travel >70% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales experience in related industry with demonstrated success.
• Experience selling capital equipment into research and academic labs preferred.
• Experience with contact management (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must have and be able to maintain travel documentation; estimated travel >70%.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets by growing current accounts and closing new ones.
• Forecast prospects through the sales cycle and manage key accounts.
• Provide territory information, forecasts, and reports through BDAL management.
• Develop a business plan for the territory detailing strategies and activities to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with internal resources to enhance customer interaction and sales processes.
• Maintain and develop territory database.
