Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company invites applications for a Field Sales Manager – Cleveland/Pittsburgh. This remote, field-based role focuses on dealer networks, in-field support, and growth across motorcycle, P&A and motor clothes offerings within a defined territory.

You will develop market plans with dealers, forecast performance, and drive sales, profitability, and penetration. Travel up to 75% is required; a valid driver's license is essential, with strong leadership and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related sales experience.
• Strong understanding of financial measures, forecasting and analytics.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets and develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the dealer, develop and gain buy in for strategic market plan and market share growth.
• Understand drivers of growth and apply best practices to improve performance metrics.
• Conduct monthly vehicle forecasting and market plan reviews.
• Resolve dealer issues by leveraging internal resources and support links.
• Analyze performance metrics and work with dealers to correct course as needed.
• Develop training plans for dealers in defined markets and request instructor-led training.
