Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead our Dealer Developer team across the US. The role demands a proven sales leadership track record, deep powersports knowledge, and the ability to coach and motivate dealer networks to grow revenue.

This is a full-time remote position with regular field travel (50-75%). We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and a strong bonus potential; base salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field; 4+ years powersports sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a dealer network.
• Strong knowledge of Powersports industry and dealer management systems preferred (ADP Lightspeed).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan to expand dealer reach and revenue growth.
• Collaborate on campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotions with distributors.
• Analyze market trends and report KPIs to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and dealers.
• Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team; recruit top candidates.
• Develop budgets and sales targets; ensure accurate reporting.
