Job summary
Manheim, a Cox Automotive brand, is seeking a Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive to join our team in North Louisiana. Ideal candidate will live in the Monroe/ Ruston/Alexandria, Louisiana area and travel 4-5 days a week to client sites to drive solutions selling.
Role focuses on consultative selling of Inventory Solutions across Cox Automotive, with base salary plus commission and strong benefits. Remote field work and extensive client engagement are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years of sales experience or equivalent mix.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques; excellent communication and relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy to retain and grow revenue for an assigned book of business.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure client service and experience.
- Identify opportunities with key accounts and close cross-sell opportunities.
- Engage in growth opportunities with Marketing and Sales to expand client value.
- Sell value-added Cox Automotive solutions with an 80% travel model to client sites.
- Leverage Salesforce as a selling tool and information resource.
