Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of technical sales experience.
• Customer-based project management experience required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Midwest residency preferred (MI, OH, IN) or remote from the region.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for field sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a weekly call plan targeting open quotes, ongoing projects, leads, and key accounts.
• Organize plans using Outlook Calendar and adhere to company policy for visibility.
• Spend 3–4 days per week in the field with 1–2 days in home office for follow-up and planning.
• Conduct two daily customer meetings in person or via Teams with A/B accounts.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and perform diligent follow-ups.
• Record detailed call reports and prospecting notes in the CRM system, maintain records.
