Stäubli is seeking a Field Sales Engineer – Fluid Connectors Division to support the Midwest region with technical sales expertise. You will engage with open quotes, ongoing projects, and key accounts, providing tailored solutions and managing planning via Outlook.

The role combines field activity with home-office planning, requiring CRM documentation and collaboration with the Sales team. Travel up to 30% is expected across domestic/international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience.
• Customer-based project management experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Resides in the Midwest, preferably MI, but open to OH/IN.

Responsibilities

• Develop a weekly call plan targeting open quotes, ongoing projects, leads, and key accounts.
• Organize plans using Outlook Calendar per policy, ensuring visibility and structure.
• Attend field visits and meetings (3–4 days in the field, 1–2 days in office).
• Record detailed call reports and prospecting notes in the CRM system.
• Travel up to 30% domestically/internationally as required.
