Zusammenfassung

Alpega is seeking a Field Sales professional for carriers and forwarders, with strong hunting and prospecting skills. You’ll grow the Freight Exchange business and manage your own calendar, primarily sourcing leads and maintaining a sales funnel. Expect international travel and close collaboration with sales and support teams.

The role requires Polish and English language proficiency, deep sales experience, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset in a remote, fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience in solution selling and/or transport & logistics.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-fluent Polish (C2), spoken and written, is required.
• Good command of English (C1).

Aufgaben

• Attract new customers by heavy prospecting (hunting, cold calling).
• Develop our Freight Exchange (Teleroute) business sustainably.
• Plan your agenda and primarily self-sourced leads.
• Report activities in our CRM: Salesforce.
• Report to the Sales Director and collaborate with Field/Inside Sales, CS & Support.
• Travel frequently within your geographic scope and occasionally abroad.
