Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team preferred.
• Proven account/client management experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field-based reimbursement specialists who are responsible for providing in-office reimbursement and patient support services in an assigned territory.
• Coordinate with client and home office for ongoing communication and alignment.
• Drive field operations efficiencies and implement field operation projects.
• Ensure SLA and privacy/compliance obligations are met.
• Partner with Client Services, Information Systems, and Training to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
