Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a Manager, Field Reimbursement Services to lead a national remote team of reimbursement managers and oversee the field reimbursement program for a pharmaceutical client. You will hire, coach, and develop staff, ensure SLA compliance, and drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Client's head of Reimbursement Operations and McKesson peers to deliver proactive, cost-saving initiatives, quarterly reviews, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supporting a Field Reimbursement Team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a nation-wide remote-based team of field reimbursement managers and oversee operations.
• Coordinate with client teams to ensure SLA adherence and effective communication.
• Drive process improvements and field operation projects.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, and governance across all activities.
• Develop training and career growth opportunities for FRMs.
