Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Manager of Field Reimbursement Services to lead a nationwide team of field reimbursement managers. This role will require extensive travel (60–80%), remote work capability, and close collaboration with the client's reimbursement operations to meet SLA commitments.

You will develop staff, drive program improvements, and deliver client-focused consultative services, including performance metrics and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a field-based team, preferably in healthcare/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based reimbursement team across an assigned territory, handling staffing, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with client operations, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements.
• Develop and execute field programs, align with client strategy, and deliver proactive revenue and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting to McKesson Client Services and client contacts, including quarterly business reviews.
• Support development opportunities and ongoing training for FRMs and staff.
