Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field reimbursement team of specialists and manage performance, training, and development.
• Coordinate between field team and home office to ensure consistent client expectations and two-way communication.
• Drive field operation efficiencies and execute improvement projects for the reimbursement program.
• Ensure SLA and contractual commitments are met and compliance obligations are followed.
• Collaborate with client leadership and McKesson stakeholders to report results and align on monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Support development opportunities for FRM team members and provide ongoing training.
