Job summary

Atlas Search is partnering with a Biopharma client to hire a Field Reimbursement Manager for the West Coast region. The role is fully remote with up to 50% travel and a full-time, permanent basis. The manager will guide target accounts on steps to obtain reimbursement through payers when ordering the company’s products.

The base salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 with bonus eligibility discussed at offer time. Details about bonus eligibility will be finalized at the time of offer.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO/medical device with 3-5 years buy & bill reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with company products
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts
• Responsible for answering the reimbursement questions for each account
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial
