• Ability to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts within a specified region focusing on endocrinology.
• Provide access and reimbursement education to HCPs and staff.
• Explain medical policies, prior authorizations, coding and billing.
• Support appeals and denials with case-specific next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans.
• Travel onsite to HCP offices and attend meetings as required.
