• Ability to analyze coding, coverage, and reimbursement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop account/territory strategy.
• Provide reimbursement education to HCPs and staff on policies and PA requirements.
• Collaborate with HCP staff and Specialty Pharmacy to follow up on prior authorizations.
• Educate on payor policies, denials, and appeals processes.
• Collect payer trends and provider needs to inform internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account plans and call objectives.
