Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America, is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive access and reimbursement education across a designated region, focusing on Endocrinology.

You will partner with healthcare providers to navigate payor policies, prior authorizations, and coding to minimize barriers to therapy. The role requires 30–40% travel, on-site visits as needed, remote work with proximity to a major airport, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare/pharma industry.
• Minimum 3 years field reimbursement experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with buy-and-bill or specialty pharmacy networks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret regulations regarding coding, coverage and reimbursement.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical market, specifically rare diseases.

Responsabilités

• Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize payer policy knowledge.
• Serve as subject matter expert on coverage, access and reimbursement for HCPs and staff.
• Educate on payor policies, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Collaborate with HCP staff and Specialty Pharmacy to manage prior authorizations.
• Gather field insights on payer trends and provider needs for internal strategy.
• Develop and execute account plans using available data.
• Comply with laws and Recordati’s Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Manage territory within budget and take on additional duties as assigned.
