Job summary

Alfasigma USA, Inc. is looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager to join its Rare Disease Payer Market Access team. This remote position, based in IL, IN, MI, or OH, requires travel three days a week.

The successful candidate will create and execute business plans, overcome access barriers, support clients, and educate on prior authorizations and financial support options. This role demands strong commercial and Market Access experience in the biopharmaceutical field.

Qualifications

• 7 years of proven commercial experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• 5 years of Market Access/Sales experience.
• Extensive pharmacy benefit knowledge required.
• Knowledge of all payer segments required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create a business plan.
• Execute the vision and strategy of market access teams.
• Educate HCPs on financial support options and prior authorization.
