and requires significant travel to customer sites, hospitals, and ambulatory centers. You will act as a trusted reimbursement resource, delivering education, identifying barriers, and informing market access strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience in pain management or procedural medical device reimbursement.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM and payer policies.
• Ability to translate reimbursement requirements into actionable guidance.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, hospitals, coders, revenue cycle teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in field-based settings.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the field-based reimbursement expert for cryoneurolysis procedures and related reimbursement.
• Provide compliant reimbursement education to providers, hospitals, and coding teams.
• Support understanding of reimbursement pathways including coding and claims submission.
• Identify drivers of denials and underpayments and provide guidance.
• Develop and deploy reimbursement education materials and field tools.
