Pfizer Inc. in the United States seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager I & I to support patient access within the Boston region.

This role reports to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director and leverages Pfizer’s reimbursement strategy and compliance standards. The manager will conduct office calls with HCPs, provide payer education, distribute coverage materials, and coordinate with Hub programs to ensure appropriate patient support.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in pharmaceutical sales and/or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement, payer policies, and government payment systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership across stakeholders.
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and help resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education for HCPs/office staff on payer landscape, coverage, formulary changes, and patient support.
• Distribute Pfizer-approved materials relating to coverage and reimbursement such as Patient Assistance Programs and billing guides.
• Educate about Hub financial assistance offerings, enrollment processes, and HCP portal(s).
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access and support programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients enrolled in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer's designated case notes system.
