Qualifications

• Doctorate or master/bachelor/associate/high school with leadership experience in customer service or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of HUB, providing live coverage support.
• Support reimbursement journey from physician order to prior authorization and appeals.
• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with relevant partners including HUB.
• Review patient insurance benefits and assist with financial programs.
• Travel up to 60–80% and work across defined geographies.
