Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum higher education with relevant leadership experience.
• Experience in customer service and/or leadership roles is required.
• Management of people, projects or resources is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined accounts in a geographic region for patient access and reimbursement.
• Support payer processes from prior authorization to appeal/denials.
• Educate HCPs on payer coverage and changes affecting access.
• Coordinate with HUB and other departments to resolve issues.
