Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Recruiter on a contract basis to partner with Operations leaders and drive the recruitment of high-performing, diverse teams. You will guide hiring decisions, develop proactive sourcing, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience across the process.

You will collaborate with multiple functions, apply data-driven insights, and advocate for inclusive practices while aligning with Rivian's policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing pipelines at multiple levels from early career to senior management.
• Direct experience supporting multiple functional groups and pivoting between skill sets.
• Client-focused with proactive networking and creative candidate delivery.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Strong command of recruiting KPIs, data, and reporting methods.

Responsibilities

• Strategic thought partner to stakeholders across multiple teams on talent advisement, acquisition, and retention.
• Provides hiring recommendations on level, role, and experience based on markets and history.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategies across functions.
• Understands function, market, and competition to inform candidates.
• Uses data to advise strategy and improve hiring plans and processes.
• Drives continuous improvement of diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts.
• Delivers a great candidate experience by aligning motivators with role/team.
• Collaborates with hiring teams to address concerns and highlight key points to candidates.
• Keeps business reviews in view to stay aligned with supported functions.
• Operates in compliance with employment laws and Rivian policies.
