Blattner Company seeks a Quality Manager for Field Operations to enforce the company’s Quality Program across utility-scale energy construction sites. You will travel to projects, coach site leaders on workmanship, perform inspections, and drive continuous quality improvements in collaboration with General Superintendents.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in energy construction, a relevant degree, and experience with quality audits, ITPs, and Procore.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in utility-scale energy construction.
• Proven commitment to quality execution in the field and supervision of work installation.

## Quality Manager - Field OperationsApply: Remote/Traveling (For Corporate Use Only): Full time: Posted Yesterday: R7768**A DAY IN THE LIFE**The Quality Manager is accountable for enforcing consistent, high-quality execution of the Blattner's Quality Program on utility-scale energy construction projects. Travels to project sites to assess installation workmanship, verifies program compliance, and provides direct, hands-on Quality coaching to project site leaders.The role will partner closely with General Superintendents to hold projects accountable to established quality standards, drives measurable improvement in quality results, and builds the capability of site leadership to ensure quality outcomes.
