Job summary

Moss is seeking a PWA Compliance Liaison to support IRA Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship compliance at project sites. The role partners with the IRA-PWA compliance team and project leadership to ensure site teams understand and follow applicable labor requirements.

You will travel up to 60% to field locations and coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain compliant documentary records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related coursework a plus.
• 2+ years in program coordination, construction administration, or compliance.
• Familiarity with IRA, Davis-Bacon Act, and CPR preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and deadline management in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Support and reinforce IRA/PWA compliance processes on active projects.
• Act as field liaison between project teams, trade partners, and IRA-PWA team.
• Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and foremen on site workflows.
• Educate site teams on prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and documentation.
• Assist with documenting compliance records and audit readiness.
• Monitor and report on project health indicators related to compliance.
