Job summary

Moss is seeking a PWA Compliance Liaison to support IRA/PWA compliance across projects, partnering with the IRA-PWA team and field leadership to ensure accurate documentation, proper job classification mapping, and audit readiness. The role requires travel up to ~60% and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; related coursework helps.
• 2+ years in program coordination, construction admin, labor compliance, or regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with IRA, Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and CPR preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines in a field environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with internal and external partners.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; SharePoint or compliance tracking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Moss IRA/PWA compliance processes on active projects.
• Act as primary field-facing liaison among project teams, trade partners, and internal IRA-PWA team.
• Coordinate with PMs and site leaders to implement site-level compliance workflows with construction schedules.
• Educate site teams and subcontractors on prevailing wage and apprenticeship documentation requirements.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining site-level compliance documentation for audits.
• Monitor project health indicators and report updates to stakeholders.
• Support site-level compliance reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Review reporting inputs for completeness and escalate gaps.
