Job summary

Moss is seeking a PWA Compliance Liaison to support the IRA/PWA compliance at project sites and coordinate with the compliance team and field leadership. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

The position involves working remotely with field teams, ensuring documentation readiness, and guiding site teams through prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. Travel will be frequent to project locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in business, construction, compliance, or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance, project coordination, or regulatory documentation support preferred (site experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with IRA, Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage requirements, apprenticeship compliance, and CPR is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a field environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with SharePoint or compliance tracking systems is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to ~60% as needed to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support IRA/PWA compliance processes during active project execution at assigned sites.
• Serve as the primary field-facing liaison between project teams, trade partners, and the internal IRA-PWA team for visibility and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and foremen to support site-level compliance workflows with construction schedules.
• Provide guidance on prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining site-level compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor project health indicators related to IRA/PWA compliance and report to stakeholders.
• Support site-level reviews/audits and drive corrective actions.
