Job summary

Moss seeks a PWA Compliance Liaison to support IRA/PWA compliance on active projects. The role partners with the compliance team and project leadership to ensure field teams and subcontractors understand and follow applicable requirements, with travel to sites up to 60%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; business/construction/compliance coursework a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance, or regulatory documentation support.
• Familiarity with IRA, Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage, apprenticeship compliance, and CPR preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in field environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with SharePoint or compliance tracking systems is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to ~60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and reinforce Moss's IRA/PWA compliance processes during active project execution at assigned sites.
• Serve as the primary field-facing liaison between project teams, trade partners, and the IRA-PWA team to support visibility and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with PMs, supers, and foremen to implement site-level compliance workflows aligned with schedules.
• Provide guidance and education on prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and related documentation requirements.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining site-level compliance documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor project health indicators related to IRA/PWA compliance and summarize observations.
• Support site-level reviews and audits, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Review reporting inputs for completeness, elevate gaps or inconsistencies; ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain professional communication with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely reporting and certifications.
• Travel to project locations as needed to support execution, training, and issue resolution.
