Job summary

Moss & Associates (Construction) seeks a PWA Compliance Liaison to support IRA/PWA compliance at project sites. You will coordinate with the compliance team, project leadership, and subcontractors to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to wage and apprenticeship rules.

The role requires readiness to travel up to 60%, strong organization, and clear communication to resolve discrepancies and support audits. Remote work is available with active project support across sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business, construction, compliance is a plus.
• 2+ years in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance, or regulatory documentation support preferred.
• Familiar with IRA, Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage requirements and CPR is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in field environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with internal teams and external trade partners.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; SharePoint or compliance tracking tools a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to ~60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and reinforce IRA/PWA compliance processes during active projects at assigned sites.
• Serve as primary field-facing liaison between project teams, trade partners, and internal IRA-PWA team.
• Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and foremen to implement site-level compliance workflows.
• Provide guidance and education on prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and related documentation.
• Support job classification mapping and identify discrepancies in records.
• Assist in collecting and organizing site-level compliance documentation for audits.
• Monitor project health indicators related to IRA/PWA compliance and report updates.
• Support site-level audits; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Review reporting inputs for completeness and escalate gaps or non-responsiveness.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and vendors for timely reporting.
• Travel to project locations as needed to support execution and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
