State Farm is seeking a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to handle on-site inspections for residential and commercial claims from a remote-field setup. The role will service a defined Territory in Washington with occasional travel for in-person assessments.

You will work with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information, validate coverage, estimate damages, and support settlements while maintaining Remarkable service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of property insurance policies and claim handling.
• Experience with residential and commercial building construction.
• Knowledge of local regulations in territory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess damages and negotiate settlements.
• Physical agility for inspections and climbing; valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information and resolve claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate and adjust claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and negotiate settlements within authority.
