Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in property claims.
• Strong knowledge of property policies, coverage, and claim handling.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial building construction.
• Knowledge of local regulations in the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clients and agents.
• Ability to assess damages, estimate repairs, and negotiate settlements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using claims management software and related tools.
• Valid driver’s license and physical ability for field inspections.
