Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Construction or Insurance experience desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficiency with smartphones and applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain bond.
• Willingness to travel to policyholder residences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct both virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders' residences to assess property damage and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates.
• Evaluate subrogation opportunities and report incidents to authorities as needed.
• Interact professionally with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
• Promote safety and follow company manuals while performing duties in the field.
