Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Construction or Insurance experience is highly desirable and preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Proficiency with smartphones and applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations by visiting policyholders' residences to assess property damage and negotiate fair settlements.
• Use claims handling software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates in a paperless environment.
• Evaluate and report on subrogation opportunities.
• Engage with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, contractors, and investigators to manage claims.
