Qualifications

• Property claims experience with strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Xactimate; active adjuster license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience handling field and virtual claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand contents of all policy types written by the company.
• Estimate damages on first‑party homeowner losses with complexity.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers across lines.
• Evaluate settlements by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiate settlements, issue payments, and document all activities.
