Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Field Performance FTP to lead field performance initiatives for a premier Pharmaceuticals & Biotech organization. The role focuses on turning analytics into clear actions that drive sales execution and engagement strategies across the commercial org.

Based remotely in the United States, you will partner with Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing to plan, train, report, and conduct business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related fields in biopharma.
• Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in collaborating across functions and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of payors, market trends, and government dynamics.
• Experience creating and executing initiatives or programs.
• Proficiency with pharma systems, including CRM and incentive compensation tools.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations to enhance field engagement strategies.
• Analyze field and customer data to identify opportunities and drive business results.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute strategy-driven meetings and training.
• Translate analytics insights into actionable plans with defined KPIs.
• Facilitate quarterly and semi-annual business review processes with clear reporting.
• Gather intelligence on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Provide project management support for national or regional initiatives.
• Support the creation of standardized processes and tools for consistent execution.
• Leverage CRM to interpret data and present actionable insights for field teams.
