Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Execution Lead in Field Operations Performance & Enablement. You will own end-to-end execution of Therapeutic Area priorities, launches, and enterprise changes at scale, ensuring field readiness and risk mitigation across dispersed teams.

In this role, you will collaborate with planning and enablement teams, monitor execution health, and serve as the primary accountability point for field performance after deployments, with remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial execution, field operations, or complex delivery roles within pharma or biotech.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and judgment skills.
