Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Field Performance FTP to lead field performance initiatives for a premier Pharmaceuticals & Biotech organization. The role focuses on turning analytics into clear actions that drive sales execution and engagement strategies across the commercial org.

Based remotely in the United States, you will partner with Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing to plan, train, report, and conduct business reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related fields in biopharma.
• Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in collaborating across functions and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of payors, market trends, and government dynamics.
• Experience creating and executing initiatives or programs.
• Proficiency with pharma systems, including CRM and incentive compensation tools.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-enabled processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Field Performance FTP to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead field performance efforts that strengthen sales execution, improve engagement strategies, and turn data into clear actions for the commercial organization. The position partners closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support planning, training, reporting, and business reviews. It is well suited for a strategic leader who can connect analytics, stakeholder needs, and operational discipline to drive measurable field results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $154,400 – $242,550 annually
