Job summary

UW Medicine is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to drive regional partnerships and expand referral networks in western Washington. The role is 100% remote with travel across the territory, demanding field visits to clinics and health systems to understand barriers and opportunities.

You will collaborate with UW Medicine teams to resolve access issues, share field learnings, and maintain current CRM records while representing UW Medicine at partner events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Strategic Planning required.
• Four years of experience in program development and marketing including Outreach, Sales, Planning, Data Analysis, and Presentation skills.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the stated requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referring clinics, hospitals and health systems across the central Puget Sound region.
• Plan and run a regular visit cadence for assigned accounts and document learnings after each visit.
• Work with UW Medicine teams to resolve access problems, scheduling barriers and communication gaps.
• Represent UW Medicine at regional conferences and partner meetings.
• Share learnings from the field with outreach team and service line leaders.
• Keep account and contact records current in the CRM system.
