Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Community Engagement Liaison in Washington state for a hybrid role, traveling 3-4 days weekly in communities across WA with the remainder in a home office. You will build trusted relationships with providers and community partners to advance harm-reduction care and expand enrollment.

Role requires 3+ years in field outreach, CRM experience, and strong public speaking skills. Salary range is $60,000–$67,000 annually plus a monthly vehicle allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach or related field within healthcare or hospital systems.
• Strong account management and proven partner growth.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking.
• Ability to work autonomously and ethically.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to local and regional partners to build and sustain relationships.
• Grow enrollment across targeted regions and track outreach.
• Lead and present marketing presentations in person and virtually.
• Evaluate outreach activities and their effectiveness.
• Identify leads for service expansion and develop regional strategies.
• Maintain relationships with referral partner accounts and community resources.
• Assist with outreach and education about Boulder Care’s services.
• Meet or exceed productivity and enrollment targets.
• Weekly planning with state teams and enrollment leads.
