Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Community Engagement Liaison to cover multiple WA-area regions with travel and a home-based remote office for admin tasks. You will build partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations, driving referrals and enrollment.

The role requires strong account management, Salesforce and Google Workspace skills, and the ability to work autonomously with flexible hours. The position is hybrid, with a focus on outreach and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, business development/sales, and/or referral management within healthcare or hospital systems.
• Strong account management skills and a track record of growth through partner engagement.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Current driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and uphold high ethical standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local and regional outreach to develop and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and referral sources.
• Coordinate enrollment efforts for targeted regions and track outreach to drive referrals.
• Lead and present marketing materials in meetings both in person and virtually.
• Evaluate outreach activities and report on their effectiveness.
• Develop expansion strategies and leads in assigned areas.
• Maintain relationships with referral partner accounts and community resources.
• Assist with community outreach and education about Boulder Care’s services.
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics and enrollment targets.
• Plan 6–12 month statewide plans in collaboration with clinical staff and leadership.
