Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Community Engagement Liaison to support outreach and enrollment across Washington State regions. The role requires regular travel to communities, with 3-4 days in the field and remaining time in a home-based office for administrative work.

You will build partnerships with healthcare providers and community allies, drive referral networks, and help people access life-changing support, while coordinating with state teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, business development/sales, and/or referral management within healthcare or hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to local and regional partners to develop, improve, and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, community agencies, and referral sources.
