Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Community Engagement Liaison to cover the Walla Walla, Spokane, Kennewick, Yakima, Olympia, Everett, Snohomish or Pasco region from a hybrid Washington-based role.

You will travel 3–4 days a week to meet partners, deliver outreach, and support enrollment targets while performing administrative work from a home office. Strong collaboration, public speaking and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach or related roles in healthcare.
• Strong account management and partner engagement.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and oral communication; public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to local and regional partners to grow relationships.
• Manage enrollment for targeted regions; track referrals.
• Lead and present marketing presentations in person and virtual.
• Evaluate outreach effectiveness and report results.
• Build referral networks and educate on Boulder Care’s services.
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics and enrollment targets.
