Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Field Operations Service Manager based in Orlando, FL, or remotely within the southeastern United States. You will oversee field service operations, drive team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction across the Southeast region.

The role offers a base salary range of $85,000–$120,000, with a sales incentive compensation plan and a generous short-term incentive bonus. Benefits are described on the career site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the automatic door industry
• 2+ years management or supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling and routing of field technicians for service calls and maintenance visits, manage related invoicing activities, and prepare service quotes generated from service and preventive maintenance opportunities
• Prioritize and coordinate service operations by assigning work based on customer urgency, contractual service level agreements (SLA), technician skill set, and geographic efficiency
• Directly supervise and lead the dispatch team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Work closely with the warehouse and administrative teams to ensure that all necessary administrative tasks and stock transfers required from the technicians are complete
• Accurately complete administrative processes associated with assigned technicians (payroll, time charging, training, compliance, etc.)
