CRST The Transportation Solution is looking for a Manager – Operations to lead operations for a variety of accounts and be accountable for the operational and financial performance of them.

How You'll Work

Location: Remote
Job Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST) Hours may vary based on business needs.
Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position between $48,634 - $73,220 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About the Role

The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations, and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service. In addition you will Manage Compliance of each location's operation. Identify trends and issues that impede the agent's productivity and profitability. Counsel each location on improvements to KPI scores and any other operational adjustments that are needed to improve service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply problem-solving skills daily to resolve issues that arise in each assigned location.
• Participate in status or training (Calls, Webex, On-Site, etc.) to ensure clear communication to Providers eliminating any confusion, and operating the Network with consistent service, procedures, and instructions.
• Field inquires and enforces policy around customer expectations.
• Manage independently contracted delivery agents.
• Source new Distribution Centers and Home Delivery agents within their region as necessary to maintain or improve service.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: A four-year degree or applicable work experience with demonstrated success
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operations with company goals and customer needs
Technology: Familiarity with transportation management systems and reporting tools
