The ideal candidate has a BSN preferred, active RN licensure, and 5+ years in clinical/research settings. Supervisory experience and strong communication are essential for coordinating per diem nurses and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and active RN licensure in home state required.
• Compact Licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• BLS certification and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to work remotely and supervise per diem nurses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing activities in the assigned Region.
• Deploy across regions to provide study coverage with nursing expertise.
• Ensure safety of participants and per diem nurses; HIPAA compliance.
• Provide training and develop nurse-facing materials for protocols.
• Act as Nursing SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data quality and timely data entry in the Science 37 Platform.
• Lead line management of per diem nurses; document meetings.
