Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure in home state required.
• Compact Licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing activities in the assigned Region.
• Deploy across regions to provide study coverage.
• Ensure safety of study participants and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and laws.
• Coordinate with per diem nurses and deliver training.
• Ensure data collection quality and timely entry into the Science 37 Platform.
• Act as Nursing SME for assigned studies.
• Support trial activities from start-up to closure.
