Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a field-based Manager of Clinical Support to supervise nursing personnel across the region. The role requires a current RN license, multiple years of nursing and management experience, and the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.

You will work with regional and central stakeholders to align initiatives, set priorities, and ensure high-quality patient care, with travel required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse; license in good standing.
• Typically >5 years relevant experience; minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• 5 years management experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• A flexible and positive attitude, and a strong desire to change the traditional primary care paradigm.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to evaluate multiple perspectives.
