Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) seeks a Retail Merchandising Sales Rep to drive sales and provide merchandising services at assigned customer locations. You will order products, stock shelves, execute resets, and support programs while coordinating with field staff and managers.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to travel regionally. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as per UNFI requirements.
• Experience in retail or distribution is preferred.
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence orders by identifying sales opportunities and placing orders.
• Merchandise products, set promotions, and execute resets to drive sales.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and projects.
• Rotate stock, process returns, and communicate with UNFI personnel.
• Develop action plans with supervision to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Travel within the assigned geographic area as needed.
• Complete required documentation and maintain Shelf Services tools.
