Job summary

CHERVON NORTH AMERICA INC. is seeking an Entry-level Field Marketing Representative for remote work with occasional travel to IL. The role focuses on managing and training retail partners, building brand awareness, and driving sales through demonstrations and merchandising.

You will develop relationships across retail environments, train store champions, and monitor sales performance to recommend improvements. Requires a Marketing degree and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; travel required, including potential international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field marketing activities with retail partners.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales.
• Build relationships with consumers and partners.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations.
• Conduct in-store product trainings and demonstrations.
• Develop and execute store walks and events to drive sales.
