Mitratech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive field-sourced pipeline for Workforce Compliance. You will plan webinars, events, and partner programs, and ensure each activity ends in sales-ready meetings.

You will partner with SDRs, AEs, Product Marketing, and RevOps, manage budgets and attribution in Salesforce and HubSpot, and use AI to speed up targeting and follow-up. This role offers 100% remote work across the United States with strong bonuses and benefits.

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B field marketing, events, or demand generation with pipeline contributions.
• Hands-on experience running in-person and virtual events and webinars as an individual contributor.
• Experience working with SDRs and AEs to turn leads into meetings and opportunities.
• Proven ability to report pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and conversion rates in Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple programs.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, Digital, ABM, Customer Marketing and RevOps.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, personalization, follow-up, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Build a quarterly field plan for Workforce Compliance programs aligned to pipeline targets and MQL quota.
• Report weekly on MQLs, hot leads, meetings, and pipeline created by program.
• Plan and run Mitratech-hosted webinars and partner webinars with topic/content planning.
• Deliver conferences and events from pre-outreach to post-event follow-up, including post-event retargeting.
• Own lead routing, SDR/AE talk tracks, and timing for follow-up; measure pipeline impact by program.
• Identify cross-sell and signal-triggered plays and build evergreen cross-sell programs.
