Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B field marketing or demand generation in multinationals, including 2+ years of people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABM strategies and integrated campaign execution.
• Experience with enterprise marketing technology and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, GA4).
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and ability to align marketing with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans across North America aligned with growth targets.
• Deliver high-impact events, webinars, partner activities, and ABM campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify buyer needs and craft engagement strategies.
• Manage a distributed team of field marketing specialists and set performance objectives.
• Monitor budget and use analytics dashboards to track lead velocity and ROI.
